The ramp will be lifted by 2^nd stair if we think 4 times slope ration is OK. 4x30=120 cm. Not even close. Even 5 times slope ration is not OK. You have to think about the thickness of ramp board. Total angle of inclination we suggest is 8.46 and slope is 204cm. It’s more precise than just using simple slope ration to get slope length. To select the close product to meet your requirements. No need to buy a super long ramp. One degree’s angle of inclination is recognizable by naked eye. But it’s very sensible to wheelchair pusher especially for female.
